PROBLEM/END GOAL

  • Reduce the use of smartphones in older vehicles

  • Safer interaction than (reach and touch or looking down for navigation)

In the research phase, it was discovered that the wireless interface/interaction was much more safe compared to reaching over and interacting while driving a car. The touchpad was also discovered to be more intuitive in comparison to a circular dial.
